Patient Safety &#38; Positioning Apply expertise in proper intraoperative positioning to prevent nerve injury, pressure?related skin breakdown, and other complications. Surgical Counts &#38; Preference Management Assist with accurate completion of sponge, sharps, instrument, and miscellaneous item counts per policy. Collaborate with Resource RNs and PCCs to maintain up?to?date surgeon preference sheets. Critical Thinking &#38; Time Management Display effective prioritization, critical?thinking, and time?management skills across all perioperative activities. Maintain precision in patient charging, cost?effective supply usage, and transmission of required data for billing accuracy.
