![]() Director of Housing & Residential Education Join our community and experience Emerson College! The Director of Housing and Residential Education at Emerson College provides day to day leadership and direction of their team while ensuring a high quality, holistic and educational experience for the 2,600 students residing in Emerson College residence halls. Your work will be innovative and grounded in best practice and current national trends and themes. Primary areas of responsibility include providing strong management of community development within the residence halls, strategic facility and occupancy management and ongoing partnership with the Director of Community Standards that intentionally supports the institutional and divisional mission. You and your staff will develop and implement policies, procedures, and programmatic innovations to create a vibrant, inclusive and welcoming campus community. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Campus Life, you will work collaboratively and positively to create a caring approach to developing relationships with students and creating positive support networks.
