Location: Hyde Park Campus Job Description: Job Summary: The purpose of this role is to provide strategic & tactical alignment of Technical and Organizational Development services to various program participants. This is accomplished by developing, managing, and maintaining strategic relationships within the assigned participant organizations. The Associate Director will engage at a deep level, working in small teams to build the capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and then encourage sustainability. The Associate Director will function as a coach to community based nonprofit leaders. As such, the Associate Director plans, develops, implements and administers performance development, strategic goals and succession management programs for Community Programs Accelerator Awardees. In addition, the Associate Director will manage corporate partner resources and campus resources to ensure high quality implementation of client driven solutions. This position, under the leadership of the Director, acts as an organizational development liaison and advisor to Community Programs Accelerator Awardees. This includes establishing strong partnerships and providing informal leadership when necessary. The Associate Director will have strong influence and accountability in the development and execution of Technical and Organizational Development strategy. This includes, but is not limited to: system training & development, programs customization & implementation strategies, T&D communications out to the organization, coaching to organizational leaders and decision making with organization leadership team.
