Associate Administrator, Regional Hematology Oncology Operations - Ambulatory - Full Time 8 Hour Days Exempt (Salary) Non-Union

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, or related field preferred

Minimum Experience/Knowledge:

• Minimum five (5) year experience in an Ambulatory care or healthcare setting or equivalent.
• Minimum five (5) years management experience
• Experience in creating business process improvement, standardization across multiple specialties.
• Familiarity with hospital/health care strategic issues.
• Demonstrated project management experience in a health care setting.
• Ability to measure and improve outcomes.
• Familiarity with information systems, regulatory compliance issues, particularly for academic practices, and business operations for physician groups.

Required License/Certification:

• Fire and Safety Certification.  If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date. 

This Associate Administrator position is responsible for Regional Oncology Ambulatory Care Operations, and reports to the Chief Regional Oncology Officer to assure the efficient operation of all ambulatory business operations. This individual will assess, plan, implement and evaluate all aspects of programs and ensure their financial viability, quality of service, efficient and effective operation. The Associate Administrator will ensure accountability for the delivery of quality care/services for all applicable regional satellites. The job encompasses integration, facilitation and coordination of the leadership, management, and operational services. This individual serves as a professional role model, leader, mentor and resource to all team members. The individual must consistently support the mission and values of the organization, advance quality, operations, and patient experience.
