University Support Services LLC (USS) is the North American correspondent for St. George's University (SGU), a leading center of international medical education, drawing students and faculty from 140 countries to the island of Grenada, in the West Indies. SGU has helped change lives through its more than 20,000 alumni, which include physicians, veterinarians, scientists, and public health and business professionals across the world. The Treasury Analyst is responsible for providing support in day-to-day delivery of banking and treasury services globally (e.g., resolving bank errors, ACH reversals, stop payment requests, positive pay and lockbox administration, and providing general support for bank portal users and training). This includes managing effective financial transactions which impact key functions such as payroll funding, payments and reimbursements. Essential Functions - Initiate electronic treasury payments, assist in opening/closing bank accounts, and execute changes to global accounts.
- Manage the administration of policies, systems and controls that provide effective governance of company bank accounts.
- Maintain effective record-keeping and electronic archiving of all documentation related to bank accounts, resolutions, signatory updates, KYC documentation, etc.
- Document treasury procedures and visual process maps which outlines steps, hand-offs and control risks.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Bursar’s office on payments and student refunds as well cheque signature and release.
- Create working partnerships and establish communication channels with payroll, legal, accounts payable, accounts receivable and accounting.
- Facilitate daily electronic funds transfer approval process.
- Reconcile weekly actual versus forecasted cash settlement activity.
- Oversee global cash liquidity forecasting process.
- Review and monitor cash account balances daily and fund accordingly.
- Assist with audit confirmation process.
- Program administrator for Amex/Visa credit cards.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years' experience in a corporate treasury or an equivalent environment required preferably in a multinational corporation.
Work Environment/Physical Demands - This job is performed at a work station in a positive, creative and collaborative environment.
Hours and Travel - Typical office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm.
