Summary Routinely provides hardware and software support to end users. Utilizes procedures and assists in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various types of equipment. Manages printer / multifunction support contracts for Xerox, HP and Dell units. Assists with upgrades, repairs and migration of telephone / network equipment. Ensures compliance of policies and procedures in regards to information security. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associate degree or greater in computer technology, or certificate of advanced computer technology training, or any equivalent combination of training and experience. One year of job related experience may substitute for one year of education. Four years of experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of computer equipment preferred.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATES OR REGISTRATION: Industry recognized certifications required A+ Certification and preferred Network+ Certification. |
