Promotes the optimalhealth, well being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient carestandards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act. In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: Minimum Education Requirements BSN Preferred Work Experience Requirements One to two years of recent ER experience required Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty License/Certifications required: Current Colorado RN license/ Current RN license from a participating state in National Licensure Compact Current BLS and ACLS certification from American Heart Association required NIHSS required within 30 days of hire Current ENPC, PALS, and TNCC Certifications required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS X Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly) Current employees cannot work for the Flex team in the same position that they are working in at a hospital.
