Minimum Education Requirements
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RN's.
BSN Preferred
Work Experience Requirements
One to two years of recent ER experience required
Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
License/Certifications required:
Current Colorado RN license/ Current RN license from a participating state in National Licensure Compact
Current BLS and ACLS certification from American Heart Association required
NIHSS required within 30 days of hire
Current ENPC, PALS, and TNCC Certifications required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
X Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
Current employees cannot work for the Flex team in the same position that they are working in at a hospital.
