Working Relationships: Internal: Sales & Agency Management, Service Center Support Staff External: Prospective and new policyholders; Insurance company staff from various departments; Insurance industry & trade associations. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Must have 3 years of successful insurance sales experience. Property/casualty insurance background is preferred but not required. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered. Computer Experience: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook Experience with Agency Management Systems Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must maintain a current, unrestricted property/casualty insurance license in the state of residence. May require nonresident license in other states. CIC desired but not required. |
