Description Associate Program Manager (Developmental Medicine)
1910304 * Provides support in coordinating and executing family navigation services. The family navigator program involves physician and care provider education, early education, and telemedicine to improve care coordination for children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays across medically underserved areas of Tennessee. Required:
* Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) and < 1 year relevant experience Preferred: ***Preferably a degree in early childhood education, special education, social work, psychology, or other helping profession. 1 year of experience preferred but not required. Spanish-speaking applicant preferred*** Position Shift:
