Job Title: Adjunct Faculty Open Rank - Anthropology Job ID: 21961 Location: Kingsborough Community College Full/Part Time: Part-Time Regular/Temporary: Regular FACULTY VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT The Department of Behavioral Sciences at Kingsborough Community College invites applications for adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate Introductory Anthropology courses and an occasional second-level elective dependent on one's interest and abilities. Performs teaching, research and guidance duties in area(s) of expertise. Shares responsibility for committee and department assignments including administrative, supervisory, and other functions. QUALIFICATIONS For Adjunct Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor: Ph.D. degree in area(s) of experience or equivalent. Also required is the ability to teach successfully. Preferred Qualifications for Adjunct Lecturer: Master's degree and the ability to teach successfully. For Adjunct Lecturer: Bachelor's degree in area(s) of expertise, and the ability to teach successfully. COMPENSATION Adjunct Lecturer: $74,48 - $92.72 Adjunct Assistant Professor: $84.48 - $100.27 Adjunct Associate Professor: $91.8 - $111.61 Adjunct Professor: $101.03 - $122.96 Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
