Job Type/Schedule: This position is full-time and works approximately 37.5 hours per week. Department Name/Job Location: This position is in the Department of Graduate Programs at the Olin Business School. This position is for the Danforth Campus. The individual must be able to travel as needed, and have the ability to travel to on- and off-campus locations, including conferences and events for evening/weekend activities and extended hours during peak seasons. International travel as needed. Essential Functions: POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate Director of Recruitment manages a team of recruitment and event staff to engage with prospective students through the recruitment and admission process of various master’s programs. This role organizes, plans and directs the nurturing of prospective student interest in master's programs and trains the staff to counsel students on program and school differentiators, attributes and overall selling points. Takes a leadership role in managing the recruitment team’s execution of the counseling of students that are interested or in the process of applying. Will work in collaboration with Enrollment Management team to provide training to recruitment staff on admission requirements and learning outcomes of the program. In charge of maintaining accurate data on how students are progressing through the admission cycle from prospect to enrollment for the entire portfolio as well as overall reporting trends. Additional responsibilities focus on the oversight of program ambassadors as assigned and organization, planning, and execution of webinars and program information sessions. Maintains job responsibilities and meets or exceeds stated goals through on-going and dedicated performance of the following activities. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: General Duties:

Salary Range: The hiring range for this position is $52,943 - $68,816 annually.
