Essential Functions: POSITION SUMMARY: The Neuromiaging Engineer position will perform innovative data analyses on neuroimaging and related neurodevelopmental and neurobehavioral data. Design, develop, and implement computer algorithms and software for analyzing functional MRI data of the brain and maintain data analysis programs developed for neuroimaging-related neuroscience research. Assume major/exclusive responsibilities for software development, testing and effective implementation for the purpose of processing and analyzing neuroimaging data. Prepare program descriptions and documentation both for newly developed and existing analysis software for the purpose of processing and analyzing neuroimaging data. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering, physics, or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications:
Job Type/Schedule: This position is full-time and works approximately 40 hours per week. Department Name/Job Location: This position is in the Department of Radiology. This position is for the Medical School Campus. Salary Range: The hiring range for this position is $51,293 - $66,685 annually. Pre-Employment Screening: All external candidates receiving an offer for employment will be required to submit to pre-employment screening for this position. The screenings will include a criminal background check and, as applicable for the position, other background checks, drug screen, employment and education or licensure/certification verification, physical examination, certain vaccinations and/or governmental registry checks.
