Essential Functions: POSITION SUMMARY: The Innovation Specialist, together with the customer-focused program team, will be responsible for the delivery of integrated, responsive, and secure technology services that advance the University Advancement mission. Working with Senior Director of Administration and Director of Innovation and Effectiveness, the Innovation Specialist will also provide expertise on non-technology projects and initiatives to support employees in the adoption of new changes. The Innovation Specialist will partner closely with the Director to deliver a comprehensive change management plan as part of an integral strategy for the systems replacement program. The Innovation Specialist will serve as part of a team that will play a central role in developing and implementing plans to create awareness, understanding, engagement, acceptance, and adoption of new systems, as well as new processes and ways of working. The Innovation Specialist will use analytical skills to evaluate our operations, including current- and future-state business processes and organizational structure. The Innovation Specialist will follow industry standard change management methodology and will consider all inputs and best practices when developing a change management framework that includes communication and training. The Innovation Specialist will be responsible for analyzing key success metrics to measure adoption and user experience and will collaborate with the program team to continuously improve the new systems. Salary Range: The hiring range for this position is $64,854 - $84,365 annually.
