Summary and Scope of Position The Assistant Director (AD) of Admission, Abele Scholars Recruitment Coordinator plays a significant role in supporting the mission and overall goals of Ursinus College. As a critical team member in the Office of Admission, the AD will lead recruitment efforts to achieve the overall enrollment goals of the Abele Scholars Program, as well as support the program’s success in conjunction with the Director of the Abele Scholars Program. The AD will oversee all aspects of Abele Scholars recruitment, act as a liaison to the Abele Family Foundation on all matters related to Enrollment Management, and work collaboratively with colleagues in the division, and across the institution, to support the goals of the Abele Scholars Program, as well as the overall enrollment goals of the college. The Assistant Director must be confident and team-oriented, with the ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships – these are particularly critical with others on campus who work with Abele Scholars, such as the Director of the Abele Scholars Program. The AD will act as a resource for the enrollment division, admission team, campus partners, and the Abele Family Foundation. The Assistant Director will work collaboratively across departments, and is responsible for maintaining the relationship between Ursinus College and the Abele Family Foundation as related to Abele Scholars Program recruitment initiatives. A proactive and nimble approach to evolving environments in application development, project management, and higher education trends is needed for successful outcomes. Specific Responsibilities:
