Assistant Director, Financial Aid Processing

Essential Functions: assisting the Director in supervision of daily processes in the following areas: federal and state compliance and awarding, student work-study, student inquiries, computer data setup and retrieval, and federal and state reports. The Assistant Director, Financial Aid Processing, will provide compliance guidance to staff, manage Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), package and award aid, conduct the yearly system setup and internal compliance audits, and facilitate the resolution of difficult and /or unusual situations related to student financial aid issues. The Assistant Director will also demonstrate cultural competency and actively seek to grow in this area. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a subject area within Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Student Personnel, Student Development or other related fields. Job Type: Full Time Staff FLSA: Exempt Hiring Range: $46K-$51K annually
