The Financial Analyst in Professional Billing & Revenue Cycle Services departments responsible for the design, development and maintenance of reporting systems for business operations and internal management of Accounts Receivable. This individual functions as an internal consultant to the management of the department that includes all business lines of Physician Billing Services.

• Coordinates informative reports and their relation to various trends associated with charge capture, reimbursements and aging of Accounts Receivable.
• Reviews various key reports generated from EPIC to develop standardized reports for management.
• Researches bench marking data to evaluate current processes as they are related to operations.
• Develops standardized communication tools to alert management of various trends impacting operations.
• Prepares forecasts based on current reimbursement trends and information gathered from external sources.
• Builds Excel templates for reporting information.
• Creates daily reports to monitor monetary progress for all Physician Billing Services clients.
• Develops greater reporting capabilities via the EPIC system in conjunction with other managers and outside vendors.
• Creates monthly report packages to distribute to the various business operations of Physician Billings Services.
• Assists in the preparation of the annual budget emphasizing the impact to it relative to reimbursement trends.
• Monitors aging and communicate information to appropriate management.
• Randomly supervises various physician charges, reimbursement and aging in order to communicate the changes in the reimbursement environment.
• When appropriate, meets with various members of administration and physician groups to educate them on changing reimbursements.
• Assumes additional duties as assigned.
