⢠Maintain fundraising & prospect management software database (DonorPerfect), including campaigns, events, alumni records. ⢠Maintain the Educational Foundation general ledger accounting system using SAGE Accounting 50. ⢠Assist with Special Events. ⢠General correspondence (daily donor letters) and preparation of large mailings (several per yr). ⢠Honor requests from the Presidentâs office and assist with on-campus functions. ⢠Develop scholarship application forms, reports, and processes that assure access, accountability, and adherence to donor intent. ⢠Communicate with students, parents, counselors, high schools, donors, and other involved parties. ⢠Process applications and manage awards efficiently and accurately in an online Blackbaud Award Management (formerly AcademicWorks). ⢠Working with Financial Aid and Student Services to determine annual award amounts, disburse funds, and prepare reconciliation reports. ⢠Staff the Foundation Board Scholarship Committee meetings. ⢠Assist with updating policies, procedures, website and marketing materials. ⢠Present Scholarship opportunities to High Schools within the Collegeâs region. ⢠Steward a portfolio of internal and external scholarship programs. ⢠Implement the annual application and selection processes including program design, advertising, recruitment, eligibility review, and customer service with students and families. ⢠Work directly with other departments to ensure the nomination of eligible scholars meets donor intent and established criteria. ⢠Respond to general inquiries Dabney S. Lancaster Community College about all scholarship programs. ⢠Other duties as assigned.

Dabney S. Lancaster Community College (DSLCC) is a two-year public institution of higher education and one of 23 community colleges in Virginia.
