• Assist with the maintenance of andbalance, adjust, scan and invoice all outside 3rd party and vendor billings,due to volume.
• Assist with the auditing,adjusting and reporting all waivers/discounts for teacher dependents, statedependents, staff spouse and dependents, UT spouse/dependents, Board of Regentstaff and BOR spouse/dependents.
• Assist with semester reports andTransfer vouchers to process for other UT campuses along with reporting offiscal year end reporting. Train to process Non-resident alien reporting.
• Work with the setting up ofveteran extensions and billing in conjunction with the Assistant Director ofVeteran Affairs each semester.
• Perform customer serviceresponsibilities during peak times to include assisting students with questionspertaining to their invoice, charges, credits, balances, due dates, paymentplans, late fees and other customer service-related activities.
• Customer Service Representativeback up with phone customer service, mail log entry and foot traffic.
• Assist with parking distributionand mail during peak times each semester.
• Assist with mailing of refundchecks twice weekly along with mass mailing each semester.
• Assist with Bursar Web site response, feedbackto students and parents.
• Routing of questions to otherdepartments and staff from Bursar web site.
• Forward returned mail as neededdue to bad address.
• Verify and proof deposits for theBursar's Office and campus on an as needed basis.
• Verify bank bags going to bank andreceiving back from banks daily.
• Post and process studentpre-payments on the Banner system which includes seat fees for departments asapproved by the Board.
• Other duties as assigned.

The IdealCandidate:

• Must have proven skills computers inMicrosoft Word and Excel.
• Must strong organizational andinterpersonal and customer service experience.

MinimumQualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; and atleast one year experience in Higher Education environment.

PreferredQualifications: At leasttwo years working in a college or university setting; and a minimum of one yearworking with the public.
