Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of financial data for several countries
Support Regional Controller(s) on month end closing activities
Report and comment on Balance Sheet variances and related monthly P&L trends .
Ensures all balance sheet reconciliations are accurate and timely reconciled
Ensures consistency in and continuous improvement of the country specific and general accounting processes
Ensures compliance with Corporate Finance Policies, SOX and US GAAP
Collaborates with Internal Control for creation, changing and implementation of financial policies and procedures and financial controls
Provides technical accounting support and guidance to improve processes.
Monitors, challenges and specifies improvements to business systems and practices to ensure continual adequate control and proper measurement of business activities.
Supports internal and external audits
Assist Regional Country Controller(s) in other day to day activities.
Deliver ad hoc reports/analyses
Experience required for Professional Level: Appropriate work experience of at least 2 to 5 years in a management accounting function. Experience in a Shared Services environment is preferable. Good knowledge of Spanish is a plus
