The Company provides cloud-based technology services to the clean energy industry with an expertise in managing, transacting, and processing environmental incentives. SRECTrade’s mission is to accelerate the adoption of clean energy by providing services and software that minimize the time, cost, and risk associated with achieving benefits and compliance in the markets it serves. Today, the company provides management and technology services to more than 2.1 GW of capacity and electric vehicle assets across more than 165,000 projects. SRECTrade’s clients range in size and type from residential and commercial renewable generators to public and private electric vehicle fleet operators. The Company’s service offerings are supported by proprietary software developed in-house. SRECTrade works with asset owners to ensure eligibility and certification for environmental commodity market participation, as well as a variety of other market participants including state regulators, regulated utilities, commodity trading firms, competitive electricity suppliers, transportation fuel market participants, project developers, installers, and clean energy financing companies. As such, SRECTrade has developed strong professional relationships with participants across the clean energy industry and environmental markets nationwide. POSITION OVERVIEW The Director, Renewable Energy will be responsible for leading the management and growth of SRECTrade’s Renewable Energy sales, services, and channel partner efforts. The Director will act as a strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer and Director, Business Development with regards to the Company’s business initiatives in renewable energy markets. The primary focus will be on North American REC markets and will include other geographies and markets as determined to be appropriate. The Director is directly responsible for being the general manager and leading the Renewable Energy business unit and team. All sales, strategic, and operational elements of the business unit will roll up to the Director’s oversight.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS The role requires a candidate that can learn quickly, think clearly, provide positive influence throughout the organization, and will thrive in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment. Candidates should bring 10-15+ years of experience in a high growth business development and management function, including successful managerial and leadership roles in respected companies known for being successful in their industry.
Location: East Coast location preferred, but not required. Other distributed U.S. locations will be considered. Compensation:
