General Overview The Partners Kronos Training & Education team has a fantastic opportunity for a junior to mid-level Kronos Analyst. The role includes a combination of customer-facing work and technical ability/experience. Principal Duties and Responsibilities The Kronos Analyst role has four main functions - Kronos Operations, Kronos Training, Kronos Support and Kronos validation. Kronos Operations: o Kronos Operations responsibilities include creating requests from timekeepers with questions or issues involving Kronos clocks or self-service issues, logging those issues in the Partners Healthcare HR ServiceNow tracking database and fixing or escalating issues as needed. This role works hand in hand with our Partners Information Services department to transact on shared issues reported by users. The operations role primarily consists of receiving and processing Kronos historical edits (a mechanism available to correct time :& attendance or scheduling issues from prior pay weeks). Kronos Training o Training responsibilities include training preparation, Kronos training recommendations, collaboration and in the future, giving Kronos training via virtual delivery for timekeeper and scheduler functions across the Partners system. Kronos Support o Support responsibilities include receiving Kronos software support requests via multiple channels, conducting initial triage of requests to either fix, educate or prepare the tracking requests for escalation to the Kronos HRIS development group. A significant contribution in the area of supporting the software requests is creating knowledgebase content (task-level solutions or procedures) that enhance the library of Kronos procedures and mitigate similar future support inquiries. Kronos validation testing o Validation responsibilities include testing fixes made to the system configuration that address a problem or testing enhancement functionality ready to be deployed to production. Upon successfully testing items prepared for production, this position will report results, assist with any procedures required, report back to the customer and close associated cases. Qualifications Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree, Kronos experience or HR experience coupled with a drive/desire to continue building on personal education goals • A technical aptitude and interest in the next generation of software services • Candidates MUST understand, embrace and act on the value of documentation - specifically, issue tracking and knowledgebase solution for end users and/or peers • Candidates MUST possess an unwavering commitment to service - we expect nothing but the best support for our customers • Outstanding communication skills - our customers have varying degrees of system knowledge • Empathy - the ability to support our customers, identify their needs and resolve them with kindness and understanding • Experience in, or desire to grow within, Human Resources • Ability and passion to go above and beyond for our users • A team player - we are extremely proud of the team we've created and look forward to adding another member that shares the same passion to go above and beyond • Ability to listen and learn but also feel comfortable providing a new or different perspective on ideas and opportunities • A desire to become the next great addition to our team Skills/Abilities/Competencies Required • 1+ year(s) Kronos systems exposure and experience • Must be comfortable with, and very knowledgeable of, MS Office applications • Prior timekeeping or scheduling knowledge a plus • Payroll knowledge a plus • Knowledge of the Mass General Brigham Enterprise a plus EEO Statement Mass General Brigham is an Equal Opportunity Employer & by embracing diverse skills, perspectives and ideas, we choose to lead.
