Department: Alumni Relations & Development Job Summary: Provides a variety of clerical & administrative support which may include drafting & typing letters, reports, charts, graphs, etc. using word processing, spreadsheet, database, &/or presentation software; basic bookkeeping; screening calls & visitors; preparing agendas & making arrangements including travel, etc. for meetings & special events; &/or managing supervisor's &/or department calendar. This position is on the Talent Management team in Alumni Relations and Development. Primary areas of responsibility include full administrative support for the staff recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining the Talent Management information on the Knowledge Share site and the Careers/Interns pages of the Giving website. Maintains OnBase database and assists with the development of quarterly dashboards. Completes tasks related to the onboarding and offboarding of all staff in Alumni Relations and Development. Provides administrative support for internal staff learning and engagement events. Specific Responsibilities:
