POSITION SUMMARY:

This is a leadership position that provides the strategic oversight for ISP development and stewardship, communication, organizational management and special projects.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide direction and oversight for ISP major gift activity, including all corporate, foundation and individual supporters.
2. Provide oversight and training for development, marketing and communications teams.
3. Deliver coursework and training on dismantling racism, culturally relevant pedagogy, and culture competencies.
4. Provide leadership on ISP special projects.
5. Assist faculty with broader impact projects.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Three years of experience with development and stewardship.

• Experience fundraising and leading not-for-profit organization.
• Ten or more years of experience working in the area of leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds.
• Collaborative.
• Outstanding written and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Strong ability to prioritize.

This position is full-time and works approximately 37.5 hours per week.  

This position is in the Institute for School Partnership.  This position is for the Danforth Campus in the School of Arts & Sciences.

The hiring range for this position is $66,866 - $86,990 annually.
