Outpatient Pharmacist - per diem
Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
Outpatient Pharmacists are responsible for the preparation, compounding and dispensing of medications according to the laws and regulations governing pharmacists and the practice of pharmacy. The Pharmacists are responsible for the optimization of drug therapy by identifying, resolving, and preventing drug-related problems and adverse drug events. This is a per diem role.  We are looking for someone with great flexibility, and the schedule would generally be 1-2 shifts per weekdays, sometimes more while covering vacations or other PTO. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
