Essential Functions: POSITION SUMMARY: We are currently seeking an outstanding and detail-oriented individual to facilitate and coordinate the cleaning and quality assurance effort for data collected under the Human Connectome Project (HCP) family of studies. This data coordinator will initiate and monitor data processing and data transfer processes and will provide assistance in the execution of public data releases through the NIMH Data Archive (NDA). Assuming you are that individual, you will review data from Magnetic Resonance (MR) sessions and associated behavioral data for completeness and accuracy. You will review problem and error reports in IntraDB (the local XNAT database Instance holding MRI data), Trello (tracking of issues for Behavioral data in various sources), and you will coordinate with data collection staff, programming staff, and scientists, at multiple sites to obtain problem resolution in order to prepare data for release. You will configure, execute, and monitor study processing and transfer pipelines. You will review resulting reports to ensure completeness. You will work closely with programming and development staff to continuously improve reporting and to implement problem resolutions. You will provide assistance with public data releases. Under the direction of the of the HCP database manager, you will perform a critical role in preparing data for public release. You will be acting as a liaison between the HCP and the entities depositing data in the HCP database (IntraDB). Your responsibilities will include working to ensure that incoming data is reliably and efficiently transferred, as well as verifying that the data can be harmonized (e.g. renamed, reformatted, and reorganized) with existing HCP data by working with the appropriate staff. You will review data for completeness and accuracy, working closely with scientists and data collection staff at multiple sites to resolve issues. You will submit and monitor data processing and data transfer pipelines, ensuring optimal processing throughput. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Department Name/Job Location: This position is in the Department of Radiology. This position is for the Medical School Campus. Job Type/Schedule: This position is full-time and works approximately 40 hours per week. Salary Range: The hiring range for this position is 19.18 - $24.47 per hour.
