Job Type/Schedule: This position is full-time and works approximately 37.5 hours per week. Due to the demanding nature of providing video production services to a highly-engaged school community, the position will be required to work flexible hours. The video production specialist may be required to attend public events, meetings and functions outside normal working hours, and will be expected to work some weekends as a function of their normal job responsibilities. Essential Functions: POSITION SUMMARY: The Center for Digital Education is a new department within Olin Business School that will assist in the design, creation, and development of Olin’s online programs, hybrid programs, and digital learning resources. The Video Production Specialist will collaborate with faculty and instructional designers to produce dynamic course videos that adhere to best practices and ensure the highest quality of learning for Olin students. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in video production or a related field and three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience to equal eight years. Preferred Qualifications:
Salary Range: The hiring range for this position is $45,884 - $61,266 annually. Department Name/Job Location: This position is in the Center for Digital Education. This position is for the Danforth Campus in the Olin School of Business. Some travel, locally, nationally, and internationally may be required for on-location video shooting.
