Job Type/Schedule: This position is full-time and works approximately 40 hours per week. Department Name/Job Location: This position is in the Department of Facilities Management. This position is for the Medical School Campus. Essential Functions: POSITION SUMMARY: Collects data and prepares reports using complex analytics including space, HR and financial information, key performance indicators (KPIs), operations data, financial transactions and other relevant data.� Gathers and analyzes data from University, WUSM and facilities specific technology, HR and finance systems, coordinates review meetings, critically evaluates analytic information gathered from multiple sources, analyzes and reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, converts front line performance information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying needs.� Summarizes complex data analyses into comprehensive executive level exhibits.� Facilitates conversations with teams, and executive level leadership and makes recommendations of meant and methods for rent, parking and other operational activities to improve performance in various service areas for the department and the campus. This position is a critical member of the OFMD Space Analytics team. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Salary Range: The hiring range for this position is $71,323 - $92,788 annually. Pre-Employment Screening: All external candidates receiving an offer for employment will be required to submit to pre-employment screening for this position.
