We have an outstanding opportunity for a Physician Assistant or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to partner with staff in our MS Center, to be appointed to the academic title of Teaching Associate in the Department of Neurology. This is a full-time, 12-month position, available July 1, 2021. This role has an annual service period [July 1- June 30] with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2021. We are looking for a motivated individual, eager to learn, to provide patient care and education, continuity of care, medication checks and provider on call for infusion. Position is full time, days, Monday - Friday. The ARNP or PA is responsible for Responsible for providing primary or specialty patient care independently or collaboratively with physicians with appropriate privileges, including ongoing assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients' medical, physical and psychosocial status. A critical aspect of the position will be working with other key individuals in the multi-disciplinary team in the development and execution of the model of care.
