Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Performance Expectations - Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Special Conditions of Employment: A high degree of professionalism is required for this position since the work involves contact with important external and internal individuals, including CEOs and program officers of foundations across the nation, as well as USD's president, provost, deans, and faculty. Always, it is necessary to convey the university's appreciation for all gifts and all considerations of requests; a pleasant manner and an immediate responsiveness to any request or question. Managing a small, task-focused department requires an attitude of teamwork, cooperation, and collegiality. Tools & Equipment Used: Personal computer, database systems (BSR Advance, iModules, Reeher, Oracle/Workday), Microsoft Office applications, telephone, fax, other related office equipment, and automobile. Background check: Successful completion of a pre-employment background check. Degree Verification Requirement: Persons offered employment in this position will be required to provide official education transcripts for degree verification purposes.
