Key Requirements
Education:
•    Bachelor's degree in a related area (accounting, finance, business administration).  An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.
Experience:
•    Ten (10) years of utility related experience
Skills and Abilities:
•    Must have a broad understanding of the electric utility industry and the regulatory process.
•    Knowledge and experience in the development of rates and tariffs.
•    Knowledge of cost-of-service concepts and methodologies.
•    Significant experience in working with and providing testimony to regulatory agencies and serving as an expert witness in administrative courts of law.
•    Experience in financial planning, modeling, and forecasting.
•    Effective planning, organization, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•    PC and analytical skills.
•    Exemplary written and oral communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
•    Ability and willingness to be a "hands-on" working member of the Regulatory Team.
•    Ability to form and direct temporary internal cross-functional teams in order to accomplish a specific regulatory need.

Conditions of Employment
•    Usual office conditions apply to this position with occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
•    Some travel within the system and occasional out-of-state, which may be overnight.
•    Maintain valid driver’s license.
