GRANTS SUBAWARD ADMINISTRATOR 1 , Research Administration Services (RSA) , to perform subaward administration under federal financial assistance (i.e., grants or cooperative agreements), foundation, and private sector sponsored funding programs on a cost reimbursement, fixed-price, and time and materials basis involving research and education. Responsibilities include creating subaward shells and logging new subaward requisitions; creating new subawards using FDP template; modifying existing subawards and updating Kuali Coeus database; conducting annual organizational reviews and assisting with initial risk designation for new organizations; working with manager to develop experience and expertise in assessing requirements related to requests for new subawards; understanding prime award terms and conditions and how to flow them to subawardees; learning and maintaining awareness of relevant MIT/local/state/federal regulations relative to funding sources; helping organize workflow through B2P To Do list maintenance; closing out subawards and updating closeout list; entering documents into KC database; communicating with and answering questions for stakeholders regarding their subaward needs and status; and performing other duties as necessary.
