Job Description
Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate banking customers
Require to achieve individual business targets and contribute to the team performance
Cross-sell banking products and services
Able to bring in high quality customer groups to the Bank
Able to deepen and strengthen relationships with clients
Hands on experience to prepare and complete the full credit application process
Able to manage the credit quality of the accounts proactively according to internal policies and procedures
Experience in KYC process and able to on-board customer according to the latest compliance and regulatory requirement
Job Requirements
University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline
At least 6 -10 years working experience in Corporate Banking
CFA or FRM will be an advantage
Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and critical thinking skills
Able to work independently under pressure and with strong desire to succeed
Pleasant, responsible, positive attitude, must be a team player with high level of integrity
Proficiency in English and Chinese is required and fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
