Internal Job Number: P04185UF Description: The Division of Extension and Engagement at Oregon State University enhances access to enrichment and problem solving through reciprocal relationships for the exchange of knowledge and resources in partnership with individuals, communities, business, industries, government, and educational institutions. The Division has two core units: OSU Extension Service and the Professional & Continuing Education. These core units are aligned under the leadership of the Vice Provost for Extension and Engagement. This PACE Business and Enrollment Coordinator will provide essential administrative support services which includes overseeing all facets of the enrollment management operations and vital program support for the Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) unit. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Policy, Economics, Business, or other field relevant to this position. Degree must be completed by application date. Demonstrated three years' experience planning classes and curriculum, including developing resources, budgets, marketing plans and acting as a liaison with communities and partners. Demonstrated experience conducting trainings. Demonstrated experience with project management such as planning, organizing, recruiting subject matter experts, evaluating financial viability and sustainability of projects. Demonstrated critical thinking skills which includes analyzing, problem solving, decision making, and conceptualizing. Excellent analytical and listening skills for working as a team to meet the needs of customers. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills to diverse audiences. Computer skills and experience using software similar to the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Adobe Acrobat, etc.) Ability to adapt to a changing technological environment. A demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity and inclusion. This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a Criminal History Check and be determined to be position qualified as per OSU Standard 576-055-0000 et seq. Incumbents are required to self-report convictions and those in Youth Programs may have additional Criminal History Checks every 24 months. Type: Position includes periodic solo travel to partner sites. Non-standard hours may be necessary to fulfill requirements of the position.
