GWS Local Business Development Manager

GWS Local is a tailored, fixed price facility management solution at a local level with access to the Global CBRE GWS platform. We manage soft services through trusted best in class partners, and self-delivery of hard services. Utilizing an Agile delivery model with structure, governance, and accountability through employee empowerment. Partnership with Local also provides access to our "Best in Class" additional services: Sustainability and Energy Programs, Project Management, Moves & Changes, Security Consulting, Workplace Strategy, and Host Workplace Experience. Manages and leads the overall financial modeling of multi-million dollar real estate outsourcing pursuits, including org modeling, labor estimates, overhead, operating expense budgeting, fee analysis, benchmarking, and other financial analytics. Interacts with client through participation in introductory meetings pitches and contract negotiations. Drives the client relationship and business development activities of the company across the region. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university required. MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training with a background in finance, consulting, or analytics preferred. Experience must include a minimum of 2 years commercial real estate developing outsourcing solutions, pricing and org development models. Real Estate license preferred.
