GWS Local Bid Manager - Sr Business Development Assoc

Partnership with Local also provides access to our "Best in Class" additional services: Sustainability and Energy Programs, Project Management, Moves & Changes, Security Consulting, Workplace Strategy, and Host Workplace Experience. To work as part of the Divisional Business Development team to achieve the Company's objectives for business growth. This role will report to the Divisional Business Development Director. Responsible for project management of the PQQ and tender process whilst producing innovative documents that are delivered on time and to the highest possible standard. This role will provide support to BDMs, BDEs and to assist developing new business opportunities. The Divisional Bid Manager is responsible for mentoring and developing BUCs and creating a divisional community of high performing support. It also includes supporting internal and external marketing activities, event organisation and marketing presence at industry exhibitions and events, developing best practice and sharing with the wider business.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university required. 2 years' experience in selling role/providing support to multiple or team of professionals; ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities preferred. Experience selling to retail and/or restaurant organizations a plus. Certificates and licenses Real Estate license preferred.
