As part of the Chief Control Executive Office, the Control Sr. Officer - Issue Management Data Insights will provide holistic support for development of the front line Issue Management capability. This role will help drive front line accountabilities and implementation of Issue Management and Escalation program activities in partnership across the Control Function and front line business groups, consistent with frameworks and policies established by Independent Risk Management (IRM). The Sr. Officer will provide support for development of items such as governance structure and framework along with support for program management (including process document management and maintenance). The Sr. Officer will also provide execution delivery support and engagement across a wide range of activities, including SHRP, issues tracking, root cause, corrective action and escalation. Additionally, this role will assist in coordination of ongoing data, processes and insights to drive improved issue management outcomes and decisions via data analysis, reporting, process redesign and KPIs. The Sr. Officer will play a key role to help build out metrics and actionable insights along with enhancement of front-line tools and platforms to support business and control owners in driving issue management program consistency and alignment to both enable and strengthen our issue management discipline across Wells Fargo.
