Summary Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is a clinician-led, self-governed and independent multi-specialty group practice, providing care to the more than 700,000 Kaiser Permanente patients in Washington state. Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group- is seeking a Full Time 1.0 FTE Director of Talent Acquisition to join our WPMG HQ team in Renton, Washington. The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing a vision and plan of action for the company's business goals around talent acquisition that are aligned with the company's current and future business and growth strategies. A hands-on talent acquisition and recruitment expert who is excited to roll up their sleeves to create and own the full life cycle of recruiting, implement systematic processes and establish Washington Permanente Medical Group as the employer of choice in the Pacific Northwest. Collaborates directly with Sr. Leadership and the WPMG board of directors on workforce planning, strategy and staffing needs. Leads a team that develops sourcing and recruiting plans, presents pre-qualified top candidates to hiring managers, develops/negotiates offers with candidates and creates the onboarding experience for all new hires. Selects, trains, develops, coaches and evaluates team members. Set's and models the highest level of professionalism and expertise in team development and proficiency. Position Functions:
