The position of Account Representative Effectiveness Program Manager is a crucial position in our selling strategy and deployment. On this team, you'll design and implement the strategy to reach, build, and sustain deep and lasting relationships with the world's producers, and work in partnership with our Account Representative digital selling team to reach customers in new and innovative ways. Your days are never the same: every day, you'll work with Sales and Marketing to design tactics to grow your skills, expertise and career, with development opportunities that span industries and regions - all while working for an award-winning, ethical company recognized for its innovation Position Summary The Account Representative Effectiveness Program Manager requires a proactive individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about digital sales selling motions and results. The Account Representative Effectiveness Program Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of effective sales strategies deployed to exceed growth expectations. This person must have exceptional project management and communications skills for strategizing, planning, executing, and reporting of the selling motions of the Account Representative team's activities to reach customers across phone, email, web, and social media.

Qualifications: Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years of relevant equivalent experience in lieu of a degree * Minimum 2+ years Sales Effectiveness, Sales, or Marketing * Minimum 2+ years' experience with CRM (Dynamics CRM a plus) * Ability to travel greater than 10% of time * Legal authorization to work in the US. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a marketing, business. sales, engineering, or operations discipline. Additional business-related degree/experience preferred. * Demonstrated leadership, creativity, influence and critical thinking skills. * Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and execute sales strategies using digital/social media platforms. * Capable of managing ever-changing inflow and outflow of Sales activity for the Account Representative selling team. * Exceptional project management, communication, and presentation skills * Experience in Marketing, campaign design and management, project management, Sales process/discipline, and Inside/digital Sales is considered applicable experience for the role * Strong quantitative analysis and reporting skills * Highly motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Experience with sales/marketing automation systems and analytics tools like Eloqua, Power Bi, Seismic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Outreach is a plus Knowledge of industrial automation business and related product and service offerings is a plus This is a summary of the position's responsibilities and does not reflect the entire scope of work expectations.
