Job Type/Schedule: This position is part-time and works up to 20 hours per week. This position is time-limited for up to two years. Hours worked are primarily during the day with the exception of a few special events that may require some evening commitment. Department Name/Job Location: This position is in the Institute for Public Health. The position will begin with primarily working from home. Once in-person working begins at the University, work will primarily be in the Taylor Avenue Building on the Medical School Campus. For the time being, this position requires suitable work-at-home accommodations. This position may require some travel between campuses and/or work done on the Danforth campus. Essential Functions: POSITION SUMMARY: The Harvey A. Friedman Center for Aging at the Institute for Public Health is a university-wide center that works with internal and external partners. This position provides support and coordination for the Center’s WashU for Life Initiative. This includes a variety of tasks, such as project and event development and coordination, assisting with Center communications, and other needs necessary to achieve the mission of the Center and broader Institute. All offers are contingent upon successful completion of required screening. Salary Range: The hiring range for this position is $18.80 - $23.99 per hour. Benefits: This position is not eligible to receive benefits.
