Job Type/Schedule: This position is full-time and works approximately 40 hours per week. Department Name/Job Location: This position is in the Department of Siteman Cancer Center. The position is located at the Southwest Tower. This position is for the Medical School Campus. Essential Functions: POSITION SUMMARY: This position assists in preparation of financial reports, various purchasing/accounting functions (check requests, travel documents, purchase orders, BJH invoicing), and payroll sourcing. Required Qualifications: Equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a business related field with one or more year of financial experience. Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of standard finance and accounting practices, varied finance related software applications, and statistical/budget analytical methods. Salary Range: The hiring range for this position is $17.48 - $22.29 per hour. Pre-Employment Screening: All external candidates receiving an offer for employment will be required to submit to pre-employment screening for this position. The screenings will include a criminal background check and, as applicable for the position, other background checks, drug screen, employment and education or licensure/certification verification, physical examination, certain vaccinations and/or governmental registry checks.
