How You will Have an Impact at Paula’s Choice: 
At Paula’s Choice Skincare, we are excited to grow globally! This role will be pivotal to launching in new markets and expanding our supply chain capabilities to new channels and countries. As a Senior Project Manager, Emerging Markets, you will work cross functionally to guide, support, and lead project team members on product related projects. 

This role requires a self-motivated problem solver who has demonstrated success in simultaneously managing a variety of projects globally. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of agile leadership, exceptional written and oral communication skills and impeccable attention to detail who can help us continue to deliver the highest quality products to market.  

As the Sr. Project Manager, Emerging Markets, a typical day might include a mix of the following:

• Creating, analyzing and giving visibility to project plans for new launches in China and new markets as announced. 
1. Executive level presentations of status to senior leadership presenting risks, resource needs and accomplishments. 
2. Create complex project plans for multiple channels and cross functional teams with focus and attention on critical milestones. 
3. Facilitate workflow and deliverables with cross-functional teams such as Packaging Development, Formulations, Creative, Supply Chain, Transportation, etc.
4. Work closely with your in-market counterpart and our manufacturing facility in China and new markets.
5. Supervision and mentorship of Project Managers and/or Project Analysts as team grows
6. Other duties as assigned by your manager

Additional Details:

Location: We are based in Seattle, but open to this role being fully remote

Hours: Typically regular PST business hours, will absolutely require some flexibility as this role will work with our overseas offices

Physical requirements: Ability to both sit and be in front of a screen for long periods

Travel requirements: Up to 10%, potentially some international
