The Analyst will provide support to the Investment team by evaluating an asset's investment potential and providing analysis to support optimal asset performance over time. Responsibilities include all aspects of transaction and asset-level financial analysis, modeling, due diligence and market research while providing a broad range of support for the firm's acquisition, development and asset management functions. This individual will eventually be involved in all areas of the investment and value creation process.
Strong quantitative, analytical and computer skills
Attention to detail and ability to function under tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple managers at one-time
Previous experience in leadership roles
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proficiency with Argus Enterprise software is preferred
