Assistant Head of Lower School
Poly Prep Country Day School
Poly Prep seeks applicants for the position of Assistant Head of Lower School to support the design, vision, and implementation of the Nursery through Grade 4 program. The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of curriculum and instruction; expertise in adult development and inspiring others; a thirst for creativity and innovation; and enthusiasm for working with students, families, and colleagues. She, he, or they will be able to lead with joy, humor, and an unflagging sense of purpose to create the conditions in which teachers and students thrive.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Master’s degree in Education Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field
Experience: 6 years of teaching and teacher leadership in a Lower School setting
Certifications/Licenses: None. Specific Skills: Vision-setting, development and implementation of action plans/program initiatives, student discipline, and scheduling. Online collaboration, Seesaw, Google Classroom and other Google Suite products Special Requirements: None. |
