Job Responsibilities: Administers and manages the Third Party Payer Concierge Program, as well as supports other Third Party Payer Advocacy programs (e.g., ADA credentialing service, Bento, Administrative Efficiencies Initiative). Serves as Tier 2 member service support and trains staff from the Member Service Center to respond to calls related to Dental Benefit Programs. This position is responsible for providing support to state dental association component staff and members by responding to a variety of telephone and email requests for assistance regarding the related third party payer issues and inquiries about other industry products supported by the Council on Dental Benefit Programs. This position will lead in the development and coordination of marketing and promotional activities related to the Third Party Payer Concierge Program. Responsible for data management and reporting as related to Third Party Payer Advocacy program(s) and division needs. This position may also assist in carrying out other projects as assigned.
