Department: Inst Diversity and Inclusion Job Summary: The Director for Evaluation and Assessment and Diversity Initiatives will provide strategic leadership for the collaboration and integration of diversity initiatives throughout Northwestern. They will work closely with leaders in our schools and administrative units who oversee diversity efforts and the wider university community to assess strategies, activities and programs that are designed to enhance diversity. They will consult on the development and implementation of key diversity initiatives with assessment and evaluation goals in mind. The Director will report to the Vice President/Associate Provost of Diversity and Inclusion and will work closely with the Associate Vice President, Information and Analytics in the Office of Administration and Planning. *Note: Not all aspects of the job are covered by this job description.
