This individual will serve as a resource to manage all work efforts, coordinate department activities, and drive the creation of documentation and deliverables. The Senior Management Analyst and Executive Assistant will play a critical role in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of leaders in the Office of the President and their Executive Team members that this individual supports. Assumes responsibility for a wide-range of complex and confidential administrative and operational tasks, frequently communicating with a variety of internal and external constituencies. Must be able to anticipate requests; provide fast, accurate, and thoughtful replies to requests, following up on action items on behalf of the executive as appropriate. This individual will exercise good judgment, a professional demeanor, and take the appropriate initiative and discretion within the scope of the position. Manage projects, both large and medium in scale, acting with the delegated authority of the executive leader to ensure completion of objectives in a timely fashion. Demonstrate high ethical standards and personal integrity, strategic, yet detail-oriented thinking, resourceful and results-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
