UCSF's Cancer Center San Mateo (CCSM) offers the state of the art cancer care UCSF is known for in a unique regional setting in the heart of the Peninsula. We are seeking a Nurse Manager to lead a dynamic regional team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Directing a team of experienced infusion nurses, knowledgeable practice nurses, and skilled Medical Assistants, the Nurse Manager is accountable for adherence to patient care standards as well as fostering an environment of success at multiple regional locations. The Nurse Manager at CCSM will partner with five on-site physicians and two Nurse Practitioners specializing in medical oncology and hematology/oncology, treating a multitude of cancer diagnoses. This leader will also support the growth of UCSF Cancer Services on the Peninsula, including but not limited to expansion of scope and services, team development and growth, collaboration with regional partners.
