This individual will collaborate with program and project leads to analyze various workforce metrics, research external benchmarking and provide tailored approaches to guiding strategic, data-informed efforts. This Analyst will understand and manage expectations for outcomes, while excelling at adhering to very short timelines and balancing priorities. This person will adapt analytical strategies based on unique project and program requirements,  and manage data visualization and reporting efforts for HR. This role will execute USCâs vision while championing USCâs culture and values.
