Summary of Duties: Duties include managing the day-to-day financial functions of the OVP GEAR UP program; providing supervision to fiscal employees; developing and managing operational budgets, fiscal analysis, grant and contract budgets, assisting in short and long-term contingent planning efforts; facilities and resource management, coordination of contracts and grants, and implementation of operational policies and procedures; ensuring fiscal practices are in conformance with WSU regulations and policies; interpreting University and departmental policies, and advising staff of policy provisions. The position will provide fiscal policy and process and post-award training to current fiscal staff.
