Professional Job Family: Administrative Professional - Not OT Eligible Position Details: Summary of Duties: The Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Manager acts as a change agent and is responsible for the ongoing overall performance assessment and strategic continuous quality improvement efforts of the college. Housed in the Office of Accreditation, Assessment, Evaluation and Curriculum Management, the position will direct performance assessment activities leading to assurance that accreditation requirements are met, policies are complied with, and college operations are efficient and effective. The CQI Manager will develop and maintain effective reporting and communications dashboards on college performance for executive leadership, deans cabinet, accreditation, compliance and other stakeholders and lead collaborative efforts with faculty and staff to establish a culture of quality improvement in the College of Medicine. The position will collaborate with multiple college offices and across all operating units to strategically plan, develop, resource, and project manage CQI solutions. This position will facilitate, project manage and monitor the effectiveness of strategic business planning, accreditation, policy adherence and administrative resource allocation for all departments in the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine statewide. This includes but is not limited to, the MD program across the regional clinical campuses, academic departments such as Speech and Hearing Sciences, Nutrition and Exercise Physiology and research units of Community and Behavioral Health and Translational Medicine and Physiology and supporting the continuum from undergraduate, to graduate, to continuing medical education. Required Qualifications: Positions require a Bachelor's degree in relevant field and three (3) years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified within the project specialty. A Master's degree in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of the required experience.
